Still working on the ambulance. I'm hoping to sell the cabin, finish the ambulance and hit the road for a while. I'd like to do some more traveling. Hike daily and sit around a nice campfire at night. Do some writing and just be lazy for a while...
Sounds like a plan...

Began working on the curtains this morning. What have I learned so far? Profanity provides a release denied even to prayer....      

Added the bed. Its small, only a twin but it'll have to do for now.
Purchased some material to make curtains. I've never made curtains before, so this will be exciting.
I still have to do something with the floor. I'm thinking vinyl, but carpet would be nice too. 

I purchased an ambulance to convert to a small RV. mostly to be used for vacations and weekend hiking trips. I have taken it to Vermont, New Hampshire and the Adirondacks. So far it has been great. I'm continuing to improve the interior to suit my needs when I travel. Here are a few pics. I'll post more as I finish it.

Took a 3 day trip to our nation's capital.
I love seeing the history and the great things we have done as a country.

So this weekend I have someone coming to look at the cabin. I don't expect they will buy it. I'm excited and apprehensive just the same.
Still so much left to do before it is complete.
Have to get busy and get the cabinet doors built.
I've never built cabinet doors before, but I think I can do it. We are about to see...

So they never showed to look at the cabin. Never made contact. So far all the folks who have said they are interested, have been nothing but lairs. I wonder what they get out of lying to strangers? So personal need to deceive?

At this point, I am convinced, good, honest people are the exception and most people are simply rotten to the core. I no longer trust anyone. Anyone. Pretty sad world we are living in these days.

So I've added a few upgrades to the cabin.
I installed a new closet, and privacy wall to hide the bed.

I still have to build a door for the closet, thinking I might make two, top and bottom. not sure yet.
